2026 SUMMER CAMPS

At Bright Lights Theatre, we believe that the arts enhance not just a child's artistic abilities, but their ability to live in this world with confidence and compassion! Skills learned during our classes and camps are invaluable for the hearts and minds of today's youth. We hope after your child's time with us they will have a better sense of self and will have developed skills that will serve them well into the future.

Enrollment OPENS Jan. 24th at 9am!

When you are ready to enroll, just click on the Enroll Here button and you will be taken to our Parent Portal which is shared with our sister company, Sunshine Dance. If you currently have an account, you will be prompted to log in where you may then enroll into Bright Lights Theatre camps. New families will be prompted to first register into our system and then enroll into the Bright Lights classes/camps of your choosing.

Once you are logged in, you will click on “Find Classes” then select the “Add A Filter” button, choose "Sessions" and select "Bright Lights Theatre 2026 Summer" to see all camps being offered.

Select your camp, add the item to your cart and check out by clicking on your Billing & Payment tab.

Payment for camps must be made at the time of enrollment. $25 charge for returned ACH payments.

If camps are full, you can add your student's name to the waitlist! Just click "Show All Classes" instead of "Show Classes with Openings" when enrolling. If camps are added or spots become available, we will reach out to you to offer you a spot

Musical Camps

Our Musical Camps are designed to give beginning - advanced performers an opportunity to dive into a character and tell the story of a popular musical. Throughout the week, campers will experience all three aspects of musical theatre (acting, singing, and dancing) and increase their knowledge of theatre by learning what it takes to put on a show! Students will be split into groups for different aspects of the camp each day. Each session culminates in a short performance open to family and friends!

Ages: 8-16

Camps are limited to 30 students

Time: 12:30pm-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Final Performance on Friday at 4:00pm

Early Bird Tuition (Enroll by 1/30): $360

Mini-Musical Camps

In the mini musical camps, we will learn the age appropriate basics of music, acting, and dancing! Students will explore the worlds of each camp with themed songs, dances, and curated crafts suited to each specific camp. Your camper will have the opportunity to grow their confidence with public speaking, while building an understanding of their own emotions and feelings. While our mini musical camps are fun, they also focus on developing the whole child. The session will culminate in a short performance where the students get to show off their new skills!

Ages: 4-7

Camps are limited to 12 students

Time: 9:00-11:30am Monday-Friday

Final Performance on Friday at 11:15am

Scene & Song: Summer Edition

Scene & Song is one of our most popular yearly classes and we are excited to offer a new summer edition this year! In Scene & Song, performers will use their singing and acting skills to workshop and perform small group and duo/trio scenes and songs from hit Broadway musicals and plays! This class allows the more advanced student to dig deeper into character and scene development. Materials are geared towards intermediate to advanced actors. The session culminates in a live performance for family!

Ages: 11-14 & 15-19

Each session is limited to 15 students

Time: 5:30pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday

Final Performance on Friday at 8:30pm

#1 - July 6th - July 10th - Ages 11-14

#2 - July 27th - July 31st - Ages 15-19

Early Bird Tuition (Audition Received by 1/30): $335

Regular Tuition (Audition Received after 1/30): $350

Audition Info: If your student is interested in auditioning for and participating in Scene & Song, please submit your email address in the form below and audition instructions will be automatically sent to you (check your promotions or spam if the email does not go directly to your inbox). Auditions will consist of a virtual submission and be reviewed by our staff. All audition submissions are due by Monday, February 16th and submissions will be reviewed after that date. Please note, this class does have a strict capacity limit, so if we do not receive a submission by February 16th, there may not be any spots available. You are welcome to submit an audition after February 16th provided there are still spots available.
