The Black Box Theatre, which will be located in our North Avenue facility, will be a 2500 square foot space that, upon completion, will seat 75-100 patrons, depending upon configuration. The build out for this exciting new venue will take place in stages throughout 2020, with an expected completion date of January 2021. Not only will the theatre offer extensive performance opportunities for Bright Lights Theatre students, but it will also provide a much needed performance space to other artists in the Western Suburbs. Our vision for the Black Box Theatre is to be a community venue that will offer high quality, reasonably priced performances for music, theatre, and dance in a convenient location for our patrons.
