When you are ready to enroll, just click on the Register button and you will be taken to our Parent Portal which is shared with our sister company, Sunshine Dance. If you currently have an account with us, you will be prompted to log in where you may then enroll into Bright Lights Theatre classes. New families will be prompted to first register into our system and then enroll into the Bright Lights classes of your choosing.
Once registered, you will click on “Find Classes” then select the “Add A Filter” button, choose "Sessions" and select Bright Lights Theatre 2025 Fall to see all classes being offered. Select your class, add the item to your cart and check out by clicking on your Billing & Payment tab.
Some of our classes fill very quickly! If your desired class is full PLEASE add your student's name to the waitlist! If you do not see your desired class listed in your parent portal, this indicates that the class is full. Toggle the switch to see classes that are full, choose the class you want and then add your student to the waitlist. When an opening becomes available in a class, we take students from the waitlist in the order they have been added to the list.

Drama playhouse: "A very grinchy christmas"
This class is an introduction into the theatre world for those young performers eager to get on stage! Each week will be a new adventure: acting out stories, talking in silly voices, exploring different styles of movement, and becoming new characters! The session will culminate in a short performance for family!
Ages: 5-6 years old - CLASS IS FULL!

Acting & Improv: "Charlotte's Web" & "Clue"
Performers will have the opportunity to dive into a character and tell the story of a popular play! Students will each be assigned a role in a short scene from the class theme that they will perform at the end of the semester. Each week students will spend class time rehearsing their scene and also working with our teachers on educational activities that give students the basic foundations of acting. Students will increase their knowledge of theatre and learn what it takes to play a character on stage. Materials are geared toward beginning to intermediate actors. This session culminates in a performance for family!

musical medleys: "Mary Poppins" & "Elf"
In this class, students will use their vocal and acting skills to perform a medley of songs surrounding a specific theme! Students will learn to sing in harmony, read music, and much more! Materials are geared toward beginning to intermediate students. This session culminates in a performance for family!
Ages: 7-9 or 10-12 years old

Broadway bootcamp
Unlike our other classes, Broadway Bootcamp will now be a year-long (Fall AND Spring) class! Students who enroll will commit to attending class every week in both the Fall and the Spring session. Fall classes will be focused primarily on educational training and skill building in singing, dancing and acting. In the Spring, students will produce and perform a 20 to 30 minute version of a popular musical which will showcase the skills they have been working on throughout the Fall and into the Spring. This class allows the more advanced student to dig a little deeper into character, scene development, voice, and movement. Materials are geared towards intermediate to advanced performers. Families will be charged the semesterly tuition payment below once at the time of enrollment and again in January before the Spring session begins.

Class limited to 12 students
Cost: $295 per semester
Session Dates: 9/15/25 - 12/11/25 & 2/16/26 - 5/17/26

Thursdays: 5:15pm-6:30pm
(the week of Thanksgiving or the week of Spring Break)
Performance for family on Sun. 5/17 @ 2:00pm.
There will be a short informal observation in December on the last day of class (12/11) for family.

All audition videos should be submitted no later than 6/16 at 9am. Additional audition requests may be reviewed after the deadline but only if space is still available in the class

Scene and Song
Performers will use their singing and acting skills to workshop and perform small group and duo/trio scenes and songs from hit Broadway musicals and plays! This class allows the more advanced student to dig a little deeper into character and scene development. Materials are geared towards intermediate to advanced actors. This session culminates in a live performance for family!
Ages: 12 -16 years old - CLASS IS FULL!
Classes are limited to 15 students
Cost: $350
Session Dates: 9/15/25-12/14/25
Location: North Avenue
Wednesdays: 7:30pm-9:00pm
(no class the week of Thanksgiving)
Performance for family on Sun. 12/14 @ 3:00pm

Auditions will consist of a virtual submission and be reviewed by our staff within about one week, allowing you to know your enrollment status quickly. However, this class does have a strict capacity limit, so we encourage you to send in an audition now to secure your spot!
